Place was not as advertised. Pictures looked great but it was not the same when we showed up. Cable/Internet was not active. No remote for tv in bedroom. Old pots/pans. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Need new bed mattress, roaches, patio furniture broken. Also, the refrigerator was leaking water. The bathtub Need to be replaced. No batteries for the remote tv

Great time!

The only complaint would be getting told my vehicle would get towed when I was parked on a line, when there wasn’t a parking spot available on that side of me due to a pole being there. I had to leave the restaurant earlier than planned to move it so my car didn’t get towed. The rest of the trip was great! Loved the resort, room was great, location was great (minus the traffic), overall loved it!

Clean, great location across from the beach and restaurants. This is a minimalist condo, no instructions for the tv operations, no instructions for the auto-scheduled air conditioning setting of 75 degrees, along with no working ice maker, bowls for food prep/baking, working lights or hangers for the fabulous large closet. The bed was comfortable and pool location on the 4th floor are the highlights. Yes, I communicated several times with the owner and maintenance did appear 3 days later but repairs were not successful to the ice maker or air adjustment. This was our first experience with an Airbnb owner. In the future I will carefully review all previous comments from other travelers before booking. Now I know there is a reason folks receive scores for being outstanding hosts.

The Condo was amazing. We were comfortable throughout our stay. We will be looking at more Lsi properties or staying in this one again in the near future.

Place is very nice and in a great location. All amenities worked and place was clean. Had an issue with the WiFi and not being able to connect the bedroom TV up to watch anything while laying in bed but good thing we were not on the premises much that it was too much of a bother. Definitely could use an new mattress as my boyfriend and I were sinking in the bed. Also I would suggest adding a few smaller queen size pillows and not just have the large king size ones.

This property unit 411 looks different from what’s in the photos. It is similar but not exact missing much of the decor. There is the need to purchase new linen and there was a pungent smell. It may have been from someone cooking but attention needs to be paid to cleaning so that this does not occur again. I think overall my experience was ok but I cancelled because I was uncomfortable with the smell and cleanliness. The tub had stains and we showered in shoes, we slept on my personal beach towels because the linen was not clean. The communication was reliable and timely. The property is nice and a 3 minute walk across from the beach. Location is central and close to Pier Park. I would book again if the host addresses the concerns from myself and other’s.

Great place, great views on the sunset and sunrise decks, security was friendly and knowledgeable.

I would definitely recommend to my family and friends. Great stay, great location, great host.

The stay was great ! Lsi place was exactly like it’s pictures. The hotel was near everything and had food places right across the street! The beach was also right across the street from the hotel. I don’t have anything negative to say. He responded quickly when I had a question so 10/10!

We ended up getting a refund for this stay and booking elsewhere because it was NOT as advertised. The floors were sticky, there was sand in the kitchen and the overall cleanliness of the unit was really really bad we felt we couldn’t stay there. basic amenities were lacking… like soap. No extra linens or blankets, missing iron and kitchen amenities (salt, pepper, oil). We did find 2 extra pillows in the closet, but no pillow cases. It was a gross place to be and Airbnb agreed and gave us a refund. The whole unit felt bare and depressing, missing wall decor, lamps and various furniture items that were present in the advertised photos. The host does communicate quickly, and the view and location are amazing. If you won’t be in your room during your stay, this place is great!

met great people and ownwers at pool ,which was a highlite for us being on 4 th floor,and the pool being on 4th floor.sharkys across the street was also a great plus for us,location was perfect

This is a nice condo with new appliances and furniture. The unit appears freshly decorated. The communication with the host LSI was good through the app. We would stay here again.

LSI has a great place very neat very clean and close to the beach.
