Beautiful condo right next to the beach. About a 30 second walk away. Would come back here again. 10/10.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfortable and just a few steps to the beach. Note: it is on the third floor w/out an elevator, so be prepared to carry everything up the stairs. But it was very quiet, and does have a view of the ocean.
The kitchen was a little sparsely equipped, but it was enough for us. Make sure you bring or purchase salt & pepper and coffee (as well as filters for the coffee machine). There is plenty of storage in the kitchen.
The TV works fine, and we were able to access our own streaming services.
We were traveling from an area that was affected by hurricane Idalia one day before our trip, so I was not sure if we would be able to go. I reached out to Lsi to see if they would work with us if we had to cancel. I was told that we would lose the entire rental amount if we cancelled. Thankfully, we did not have damage from the hurricane and did not need to cancel, but I was disappointed that Lsi was so unwilling to make any concessions. Lesson: get trip insurance.

Great location! Steps to beach, great for a weekend getaway

Pros: Enjoyed our stay. The place was as advertised. Beach was beautiful. The drier was broken (we were alerted ahead of time), so extra bath towels were provided. Convenience store within walking distance.
Cons: Pull out sofa very uncomfortable. My daughter and son in law ended up sleeping on the bunk beds in the hallway. There was a great blender and coffee maker, but no toaster. The place could use more wall hooks for hanging beach and bath towels when not in use.
Overall, would rent again.

This place was just what I was looking for . After reading some of the reviews, I was hesitant. This home was clean and had an amazing location. Everything was perfect . The host replied within 5 minutes everytime I reached out . I will give this property 5 stars .

Great area, easy access to the beach, can sit on the balcony and see dolphins from the side view. Nicely updated kitchen, bathroom and floors. However, furniture and beds need upgrading, they are very uncomfortable and have seen better days. For our entire stay, the dryer did not work. We reported this the first day when we arrived, and we were told maintenance would be notified and a work order submitted, but never any more responses to messages regarding the dryer being fixed for us during our stay. We had to wash and hang dry all of our clothing and towels on the balcony. The bedding was not very clean when we arrived, so we had bed sheets hanging from the balcony as well. The TV in the bedroom also stopped working before our stay was over. I thought it pointless to report the problem after the dryer situation and no avail. All and all, nice place with plenty of potential but there were inconveniences during our vacation. Don’t expect a dryer if you choose to stay here.

The location of this condo was amazing! We were steps from the beach and had a great view from the balcony. The unit was clean, exactly like the pictures, nicely updated kitchen and bathroom, all the beds were super comfortable! Tips for future guests: be sure to bring extra paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. They do provide some but you’ll definitely need more. There is a sofa bed that they provide sheets for but you’ll want to bring a blanket. You’ll also want to bring beach towels. There’s a fantastic store just across the street to rent bikes, golf carts, etc. There is a Subway, seafood market, and a really fantastic coffee shop within walking distance. We had such a fantastic time and hope to visit again soon!

Loved our stay! Only a few steps to the beach you can’t ask for anything better!!

We checked in after the sun had set into this well located property. As I turned on the hall light I saw a big wood roach for scurrying down the hall. I understand that sometimes a big roach wanders into unlit apartments. So I walk to the kitchen. There are three BIG roaches on the kitchen floor. The scatter when the light comes on, I step on one of them. Ew! I look at the counters—tiny little roaches racing across the counter top. This is disgusting. This is my worst nightmare. I’ve dealt with roach infestations before—having lived in nasty apartments. This isn’t something that a guest can just ignore or something that housekeeping can simply take care of. This is nasty. Beautiful property though, I feel like if it was a clean unit it would be a lovely spot for vacation!

Fabulous location! Note you need a parking pass so make sure you get it to print ahead of time. Also this place is in Beachside condominium not Emerald Hill which gps directs you to. We loved the beach toys provided and beach view from patio. Bring some blankets if you like to lounge and snuggle though. Checkout fish market and donut shop walking distance. We visited in the mornings. Also great road trails for running with easy beach access. Definitely tight fit for more than 6 folks so stick to that and pack light. Small fridge and dishwasher so buy disposable and restock the cold stuff in the middle of your trip. Also bring extra trash bags paper towels toilet paper and dish washer detergent. Only one extra of each provided. 2 of us went through provided in 5 days.

Amazing location but needs more cleaning up!

The condo had a weird smell! Dryer was broke. When we arrived, the broom was broken and we weren’t left enough towels so had to request to get more. We were given a time for housekeeping to bring more towels and a new broom so came off the beach and they never showed up till the next day. The sliding door that goes to the balcony is hard to close. There’s not enough parking at the condo. The stairs looked like some of the wood was rotted. Overall the building needs updated on the outside.

No AC for the first 3 days. The dryer was broken. The fridge barely worked. Wasn’t clean at all. Sliding door is tough to move. Won’t be going back.

The condo was perfect for our stay. The dryer was broken and I reached out and Lsi said they would get in touch with maintenance but it was unable to get fixed before we left, perhaps due to the holiday. The balcony door was also hard to open and shut. Other than that everything was great!

Great location!

Perfect location. Great ocean view. Comfy bed. Fridge was just the right size. TVs are huge. Only thing needing improving was the sliding door. It was just difficult to open and close. Also note the condos do not have elevators and the unit is on the 3rd floor. Would stay again!!

Update and very nice. Great location, close to the beach, walk to restaurants, and easy jaunt down 30a to restaurants/shops. Enjoyed it and will look here next time that we travel to the area.

Best location on the beach. Quiet and comfortable yet scenic and walking distance to everything. Having coffee and breakfast on the patio over looking the ocean and sugar beaches was second to none. Will definitely be back!

Such a beautiful stay!! The condo is right on the beach, very clean, and so quaint! It’s within walking distance of many wonderful spots to eat and have fun! An incredible price for how stunning the inside is and how conveniently places it is!! I highly recommend this beautiful beach stay!!!

We loved staying at this condo so close to the beach with super easy access. The space is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Wonderful kitchen, & deck over looking the water where we ate our meals. The furnishings were lovely and the king size bed was super cozy. We highly recommend this beachside condo and hope to come back again!

Wow! This place is awesome. Its very clean and nicely decorated. The living room / kitchen area has a raised ceiling so it feels spacious. It has a partial beach view, but you can see a little more from the patio, which has a small table and 2 chairs. The tv's are huge! The hall and living room main lights are dimmable which was nice at night. Parking was great! No matter where you park you're only a few feet away from the stairs to the room and there were always extra parking spaces available. There's also stores just across the street, one of which serves coffee. The walk to the beach from the room was fairly short as well. This place exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend it.

Nice place for value. The unit was as expected, 3rd floor and the balcony had a nice corner shot of the ocean. You could probably fit 5 people comfortably.

Fantastic location and view! We've stayed at many other places alone 30a and this condo was by far our favorite so far. only a few steps from the ocean and about a mile from Seaside. We will definitely try to book this condo again next year.

The place was clean and inside was updated. Steps away from the beach and in a central location between seaside and Rosemary beach which we liked. The host was responsive but not entirely helpful- i asked what chair rental company we should use to get the beach chairs and umbrella set up. The host sent a link and said renters had used that in the past. I contacted the chair company and they said they could not set up where we were because it was a private beach. We bought our own supplies and then when we got to the beach there were several other rental companies setting up in front of our condo. I just wish we could’ve been pointed in the right direction. Overall we had a great time.

Very disappointing. Dryer and tv didn’t work. We were told maintenance would come fix but they never did. Our sheets had sand in them the first night. We washed but couldn’t dry due to dryer being broken. There were several other disappointments. The condo just didn’t feel like it had been cleaned properly. The view is great as is the location. Beaches were beautiful.

Really really wanted to like this place, it’s an awesome location!

The condo is great but it was not clean. The linens and the floors were clean but that was about it. HVAC filter is in desperate need of changing, it is so dirty that there is dust blowing out of the air vents. The shower drain was clogged and was not fixed during our stay.

There is also a strong smell of old cigarette smoke. I had to rewash all of our clothes and air out our luggage once we got home to get the smell out.

If you can get past the cleanliness issue and smoke smell it is a great condo! The location is awesome, you are right on the beach and walking distance to several restaurants.

The view is amazing! We absolutely loved staying there!

Location is great. Literally steps to the beach. Central to other attractions on 30A.
