Amazing location!!! You can’t beat this spot in beautiful Rosemary beach! The house is steps away from the beautiful lagoon pool, it is walking distance to all the restaurants in downtown Rosemary and easily walkable to the beach. However, there is a free tram that can pick you up, or you can rent bikes and take those everywhere! The house was very spacious, we had enough room for three families. Beds were comfortable. Our only issue with the house was there were lightbulbs missing everywhere, water heater ran out fast, the outlets in the master bathroom did not work, and the appliances were somewhat outdated. I also recommend bringing extra toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels, as there was limited supply. They were plenty of blankets and pillows. Overall, the location is priceless and there is so much to do in Rosemary. We would definitely stay here again. The house is situated in a community with free access to pool and private beach which made our trip amazing.

House was beautiful and plenty of space. Must have been newly renovated because the TV wasn't connected and the box and bubble wrap was scattered on the outside of the house when we arrived. Inside we found rags and empty water bottle scattered. Wifi did not work all week. Contacted the owner on the night we checked in. No follow up or repair was done after the initial contact. Had to use personal hotspot all week for internet.

Nice place, 5 minute walk to the pool and if you walk to the beach it’s about 10-15 minutes all depends on how fast you walk. There is a tram that comes around to pick you up and bring you back, but sometimes it’s faster to just walk. There was an issue with the upstairs bathroom, but they came to fix it within about 2 hours. We would stay again if we ever came back to that area.

The location and size of the house was perfect for our family. Unfortunately, the listing stated that one of the bedrooms had (2) full beds when in fact it had only (2) twins, so one of our children had to sleep on an air mattress. The house is close to many beaches and to the pool. We were unsure of the cleanliness of the house because there was sand in two of the beds and dirty dishes in the cabinet when we arrived. There was a very limited supply of kitchen utensils, bowls and pans and the stove was dirty. It smoked when we cooked dinners. There were no extra blankets or washcloths provided. The beds were extremely uncomfortable throughout. The house is in serious need of maintenance. A spindle on the stairs was loose. Second story door to balcony would not open. Smoke detector on second floor was in a cabinet. Knobs on the washer and dryer were missing. Lightbulbs in two of the bathrooms were burnt out. The third floor toilet would not flush. Overall, it was disappointing.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was prefect.

This house fit most of our needs. Pros: it was very close to the pool and the beach tram stop. It is within walking distance to the beach also, although the beach is across 30A so it is maybe a 10 min walk. It had enough space for 3 families (6 adults, 3 teens). It is right next to Rosemary beach so you can walk to shops, restaurants, etc. Cons: the beds were all your typical rental beds (hard, squeaky), there is no pantry and all the cabinets have dishes so we were left to put everything on the small counter. The 3rd floor has 2 twin couch beds but they are only good for small kids as you can feel the springs. Also on 3rd floor there are no curtains on any of the windows (3) or doors. It got hot quick and bright early. The price was great for the location! The beach can get crowded so you have to go out your chairs out super early. We were there for the 4th and were able to see tons of fireworks so that was great too!

Good location, about a 10 minute walk to the beach (.75 mile). The tram/shuttle is very convenient and drops off about 25 feet from the house. The Tram is a huge golf cart and runs from 9-4:30 pm. Also a very short walk to the pool, like 2 minutes.

Liked the location. Super short walk to the really nice pool. Short shuttle ride to the beach. Shuttle was a convenient feature as my friend doesn’t like to do a lot of walking. House was big and had a good view for drinking coffee on the balcony.

The whole 30A area was nice but overcrowded, even the week before Memorial Day. The listing mentioned a tram service to the beach, but Rosemary beach which was across the street and where the tram dropped off, was very disappointing. Most of the beach was crammed with rental chairs and umbrellas, most of which were empty. And everyone else had to pile on top of each other in another section apart from the rental chairs. But the other side of the beach was private property so there was very little space on the beach. We opted to drive a mile down the road to Inlet beach which was gorgeous and not near as crowded!

The home itself lacked some basic amenities like salt and pepper and laundry detergent and we were told they only provide one roll of toilet paper and one packet of dishwashing soap after we arrived. The smoke alarm was off the wall and missing a battery in my daughters room and the dryer stopped working half way through the trip. Maintenance never came while we were there.

The house was clean, accommodating, and in a super great location. We will be using this company again.

The area is beautiful. The beach is within walking distance but the tram is great when you don't feel like walking. The pool is so close and was never too busy. Everyone was so friendly.

LSI, home in Seacrest was exactly how it is described. The house was clean, bright and inviting. Great location and easy to get to the shops at Seacrest and Rosemary beach.
The tram system for the neighborhood will take you to the pool or beach and back again. The tram stop was right outside the door about 20 steps from the front door. Wait time ranged from 2-10 minutes tops. The pool is located fairly close to the house and is only a 3-5 minute walk down the street. No need to ride the tram to the pool.

Beds were all firm and the AC was amazingly cold. There were plenty of bath towels and hand towels in each bathroom. Only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll and 1 trash bag were provided. I’d advise to pack extra and bring with you.

Everyone was provided a wristband that allowed us access to the tram, pool and private beach entrance. This is no joke as my daughter’s boyfriend neglected to wear his once while walking to the beach and he had to go back to house to get it. “No band, no sand” was what he was told. The tram service was great in reminding you to have your wristbands.

Over all we had a great week, riding bikes around, soaking up some sun and waves at the beach, swimming around at the pool and just hanging out at the house. We will definitely book again with LSI.

The house and location was GREAT! The tram service was really nice to have and was easy to get back and forth to/from the beach. We were able to load our things onto the tram and ALL of the drivers were super helpful and so nice. Overall we had a blast on this trip. Once settled in we realized that there weren’t any wash rags to bathe with in any of the 4 bathrooms or the kitchen. Contacted the management and they had someone bring some over the next morning. We had our 4 daughters, 2 of their friends and my mom staying with us so there was a lot of showers that we had to take. The hot water ran out fast with that many people taking showers so I would softly recommend that the owners upgrade to a tankless water heater and then everyone could take showers in the 4 bathrooms and no one takes a cold shower. Growing up we only had one bathroom in our house so we understand how to take turns and rotate with the showers so everyone gets hot water. Therefore we worked as a team and made it work for us. The stay was pleasant, the neighborhood was quiet and everyone was friendly. The house had plenty of room for us all to sleep in a bed and the kids really enjoyed that. There was FOUR bathrooms so the girls loved that and they all didn’t have to fight for their mirror time lol. We would definitely stay here again in the future!!

Place was cool and clean upon arrival. But it needs alot of TLC, very outdated. Toilets backed up multiple times, appliances extremely old. Outside flowers beds and yard very unkept. Amenities lacking. Reported a falling ceiling fan upon arrive it was never fixed.
